Grades K-6 Christian Formation

This year we are offering Christian Formation for children in grades kindergarten through 6th, between the two Sunday morning Masses - from 9:45am-10:45am, three times a month. Sessions will kick-off on Sunday, September 18th. Parents will gather in the Parish Hall while the children gather in grade specific classrooms with a catechist. We ask you to pre-register your child(ren) so that we can be sure to have enough volunteers and supplies for all! You can register using the registration form below.

Are you interested in volunteering as a Catechists? Catechists teach regular weekly religious education classes for kindergarten through 12th grade from September through May. Two Catechists are required in each classroom session. In addition to training and enrichment in content and teaching techniques, on-going support, guidance and materials are provided. The Diocese requires VIRTUS training and a Child Protective Service back-ground check for this ministry. We also have the need for Substitute Catechists who fill in for Catechists who are unable to attend a class. If you are interested in these opportunities, please complete a Catechist Application.
